My name is Cally and I trained with Karmen at Duo Chelsea for over a month as a crash course to get myself back into training. I would highly recommend her as a PT as she pushed me to my limits with the variety of training that we covered. The results in such a short amount of time was amazing.

In the short space of time I managed to tone up around my stomach area significantly. I have taken a lot from the training and still use the same routines/exercises that Karmen showed me.

I would definitely train with her again!
