These Balls are best snacks at any time (Y)
Makes 40 balls
- 2 Cups almonds
- 2 Cups pitted dates
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened coco powder
- 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 Tsp almond extract
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
But all the ingredients in food processor and and blend the mixture until it has moved past the crumbly stage and begins to clump and stick to the sides of the food processor.
Roll the dough in to balls and sprinkle with coconut flakes and store in the fridge.
