Super easy and delicious gluten free, refined sugar free coconut cinnamon granola for breakfast or midday snack

Recipe:


  • 4 cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup organic honey
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/3 coconut oil, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

 

Preheat oven 160 C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Stir the mixture until well combined and even.

Spread the oatmeal into an even layer on the baking sheet. Gently press the mixture with your hands to make it stir together.

Bake for 30 minutes. Let sit until completely cool.

Optional!

Stir in some flaked coconut, raisins, mixed nuts, flaxseeds, raw coco nibs etc đŸ˜‰
