Super tasty, healthy and easy flourless banana bread.


  • 250g rolled oats
  • 400g mashed banana
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2g cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice (used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 80g honey or fruit syrup (used the last one)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, optional

Blend oats until fine

Blend in all the other ingredients

Grease your loaf tin

Bake for 35min 175C
